All Elm Thicket/Northpark neighbors are invited to attend the quarterly meetings without being a member. But, if you want to have a VOICE and a VOTE, you must be a PAID member.
About the Elm Thicket/Northpark Neighborhood Association
The Elm Thicket/Northpark neighborhood is located just east of Love Field Airport. It is bounded by Mockingbird Lane to the south, Lovers Lane to the north, Inwood Road to the east, and Lemmon Avenue to the west. The neighborhood has a prime location with great access to shopping, jobs, and transportation.
In 2016, many residents and neighborhood leaders worked through the Neighborhood Crime Watch with Dallas City Council member Adam Medrano, City Code Enforcement representatives, Dallas Police, and other City departments to build stronger relationships and address neighborhood concerns through the Neighbors Plus program.
One of the initiatives of the Neighbors Plus program was the creation of a neighborhood support organization. In June 2017, the first set of officers were elected to lead the organization:

- Treasurer: Gus Perez
- Secretary: Kemeshia Richardson (current as of 07/17/21)

The neighborhood association seeks to be a unifying voice in the preservation and growth of this historic and vibrant community.
