We oppose recommendations made by the Steering Committee that remove property rights in hope of halting new development which includes additions to existing homes and new construction.

• We oppose restrictions calculated to stop new construction: building height (35' down to 25'), reducing lot coverage (45% down to 35% for 2 story homes), and reducing roof design options. 
• We oppose the lack of Steering Committee oversight during this Authorized Hearing Process.
• We oppose harassment by those in support of the zoning changes.
• We support proper oversight of the Steering Committee and the City of Dallas affairs so that actions taken for our neighborhood reflect the voices of the majority.
